Membership Information
The Wyoming County Chorale welcomes new adult and teenage singers of all backgrounds, experience and ability levels. The Chorale rehearses for 2 hours on Thursday nights during its regular rehearsal seasons, from 7-9pm in Father Nallin Hall at Nativity BVM Parish, Tunkhannock. Performances are typically at 7:30pm on the first Saturdays of November and May.
There are no membership dues, although each member is responsible for paying for their own sheet music, which usually costs about $24 per concert season. Registration and payments are taken care of at the beginning of the first rehearsal. Regular rehearsal attendance is required for participation in the concert, except by special permission of the director. Concert attire is the responsibility of the individual members, and consists of a white, long-sleeved shirt, black pants (ladies can wear pants or long skirts), and black shoes.
Each rehearsal has a 10-15 minute break with refreshments provided by members.
